Our History
Founded in 2024 by executive director Nadir Hazly. Beginning as a local agency operating out of Starbucks, Club Green has grown into one of the premier agencies servicing individuals throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
Our story is deeply personal. The inspiration behind our organization comes from a lifetime of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and complex care needs. Through firsthand exposure to the challenges families face when searching for quality care, we recognized the need for a provider that prioritizes dignity, consistency, and meaningful relationships.

Sahir Green Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating safe, affordable, and supportive housing opportunities for individuals with special needs. Founded on the belief that everyone deserves a place to call home, the Foundation works to remove barriers to independent living and improve quality of life for those we serve. Through community partnerships, advocacy, and innovative housing initiatives, Sahir Green Foundation helps individuals achieve greater stability, dignity, and independence.
